Rob Miller is a rare phenomenon in the handyman and house repair business. He is competent, fair, diligent, and respects his clients. I have had Rob carry out one minor repair and two major projects on our home. The first major project was the complete re-siding of the rear portion of the house. He consulted every inch of the way, came up with the best solutions to issues as they arose, and listened carefully to my comments. The workers he hired were polite, considerate, and respectful. The work done was first-class: he had researched carefully the material and other needs, and even finished somewhat ahead of time and gave a $500 dollar discount on the labour. I liked the solution he chose of separating out the costs of labour and materials. The final result beat our expectations: we have a top quality renovation that cost $8000 less than the other estimate I received.

I was impressed enough with Rob’s work that I asked him to replace the front steps that we share with our neighbours. The job was done quickly and expertly with a minimum of fuss. Again, the result not only looks beautiful and has attracted admiring comments from all our neighbours and passers-by, but was executed with top quality materials.

Rob Miller is conscientious to a fault. He cares very much about the satisfaction of his clients, and is always prepared to go the extra mile needed to achieve that satisfaction. Moreover, he is friendly and has a good sense of humour. At the same time, he really knows the technical side of house construction and can be relied on not to make mistakes. I intend to call on him in the future to do other work planned on the house, and recommend him unreservedly.
