Bathrooms
We will work with you to create your perfect bathroom. We supply the qualified labor you need to complete YOUR project. We can help you design your bathroom, if you wish. However, we are perfectly willing to simply listen to you, learn what you want done, and then build your dream bathroom.
The way we do a bathroom renovation:
- The business owner, Rob Miller, is on site every day. He is the job foreman, as well as the customer contact person.
- We work every day till the project is completed (typically, 5 to 8 business days, Monday to Friday). None of those horror stories of the 6 month bathroom renovation!
- We do not charge any money until your bathroom is completed. No booking fees or deposits required, we are that confident of our work. None of those horror stories of the 50% completed bathroom renovation!
- You pick out and have on site (prior to us starting work) all the finishing items you want in your bathroom; for example, your tiles, grout, vanity, tub or shower base, shower doors.
- We do not attempt to sell you any products; you are free to shop wherever you wish to find the perfect items for you to have in your bathroom. However, if you wish, we can help with this as well.
- We pick up the construction materials needed to install your finishing items; for example, the plumbing supplies needed to install your new vanity. We add the cost of the construction materials, with no markup, on the final bill.
- We do not use any sub-contractors, ever. All our workers are paid hourly, and given the instructions to do everything perfectly. Do not cut any corners, always do a perfect job.
- Upon completion of your bathroom renovation project, the work site is cleaned up. Rob Miller inspects all the work done (with the customer), and verifies that all work is done to YOUR satisfaction. There is, of course, a one year guarantee on all our work.
