Basements
We will work with you to create your perfect basement. We supply the qualified labor you need to complete YOUR project.
Do you simply want your existing basement remodeled or renovated? We can do that.
Do you have an unfinished basement and want to finish it? We can do that. We can do anything from just putting drywall on the outside walls, to adding a new bathroom in your basement. We will sit down with you, and help design your new basement, giving you whatever features you want, and work with you and your budget to come up with what you want.
The way we do a basement renovation:
- The business owner, Rob Miller, is on site every day. He is the job foreman, as well as the customer contact person.
- We work every day till the project is completed (Monday to Friday). None of those horror stories of the 6 month and still unfinished basement renovation!
- For smaller basement renovations or basement remodeling, we do not charge any money until your basement is completed. No booking fees or deposits required, we are that confident of our work. None of those horror stories of the 50% completed basement renovation!
- For larger basement renovation, we do not charge any money up front. No booking fees or deposits required, we are that confident of our work. We determine, in advance with the customer, a point at which a progress payment must be paid. You will never pay us in advance of us completing any work.
- We pick up the construction materials needed, or you can purchase them and have them delivered, at your discretion. Of course, extra materials will be needed; we purchase these for you. We add the cost of these construction materials, with no markup, on the final bill.
- We do not use any sub-contractors, ever. All our workers are paid hourly, and given the instructions to do everything perfectly. Do not cut any corners, always do a perfect job.
- Upon completion of your basement renovation project, the work site is cleaned up. Rob Miller inspects all the work done (with the customer), and verifies that all work is done to our customer’s satisfaction. There is, of course, a one year guarantee on all our work.
